Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees - Assist with tax preparation and filing, including gathering necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations - Handle accounts payable duties, including reviewing invoices, reconciling accounts, and processing payments - Maintain general ledger accounts and perform regular account reconciliations - Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Provide support in financial services, such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis - Generate financial reports for management review and decision-making - Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements - Perform accrual accounting tasks to accurately record expenses and revenues - Demonstrate strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles Skills:
